You need p/n COK75 for the spring seat, lock nut and spring seat washer. The stud top bushings are not required with the factory upper mount on the 4th gen. Let me know if you have any more questions.

When I called y’all had me order COK100 after taking a look at my pictures I sent. So I ordered COK100 from Summit. I haven’t assembled the strut yet but it looks like what I needed.

COK100 has the same parts with the addition of a spring cap.
