Default BMR Suspension

I don't usually do this but I would like to give BMR a gigantic ATTABOY for their tech service.

I bought BMR suspension products for my 2000 Trans Am from a couple of different distributors and installed them on the TA. We were having significant problems with wheel hop and hooking. I called BMR direct several times, sent them videos of launches, trying to resolve our problems,

They were GREAT. Never said a word about too many calls or anything.

This is the best customer service I have received from anyone in years. Good products too.

BMR has always been great to deal with for me as well. What did you get exactly?

Pretty much everything underneath: Viking coil overs, Subs, Shock tower brace, Lower control arms, suspension Tunnel mount torque arm, tranny cross member brace.

Also I have an LQ 4. That's what I could get. LLoyd Elliot down in Texas did my LS 1 heads. He does a great job also. He also did the heads on my vette.

It was likely me that you talked to. Either way, glad we could help you out and get you pointed in the right direction. We are always happy to assist customers with technical and setup questions. I usually encourage it actually. When someone buys a large package or several items from us, I will recommend to them to send me videos of the car launching and I will help them with the setup process to get their parts dialed in

My entire suspension is BMR. Front to back. I have everything they sell for a street/strip setup on my 2000 Z28. Everything works exceptional and I beat on my car at the dragstrip regularly. Awesome customer service too.

Had an issue with a suspension popping noise during low speed bumps. I initially thought it was my BMR Adj Trq Arm but I could never see any rub spots in the Drive line Tunnel. I didn't get around to seriously fixing the problem until about two years ago. I emailed BMR they asked what rear end I had and I told them a Moser 12 Bolt. They recommended that I trim away the first bolt holes on the bracket. Sure enough put my car in the air and low and behold there was finally after years of looking there was finally a rub spot. Trimmed the plate, noise is gone. I emailed them in the AM and had a response within an hour. Im pretty satisfied with their customer service.

I had a good experience with them as well. Ordered springs and shocks with no problem. I then ordered a panhard bar but was sent a control arm by accident. Reached out to them and didn’t hear back for a couple days. So I contacted a bmr representative here on the forum and I had my issue fixed the same day. That made me very happy.
