Default Wheel sticks out on driver side

Ok car is a 99 camaro ss and I have noticed that my my rear side wheel is sticking out farther then the other by a good amount. The car is not lowered. What could cause this ? My 2000 firebird has lowering springs and it does not stick out as far as my camaro, almost like something is bent

Default

It is possible that the panhard bar mount is bent causing this. An adjustable panhard bar would likely correct the issue
