Clunking rotor

Clunking rotor I have a 2003 keep liberty I have a issues with the rotor clunking against the studs when driving it I replace the hub assembly and new lug nuts i have torqued them down to spec just have no clue what else it could be

Either its not tight or what you are hearing is not that. I've never hear of a properly tightened wheel and rotor having the rotor move enough to clunk against the studs. Plus you'd see some marking in the stud holes of the rotors if that was the case. If the wheels isn't tight enough, I've heard of people having a clunk or vibration at the wheel not the rotor.
Were the wheels rotated recently? Are you using aftermarket wheels with hub-centric rings? Make sure they are clicked into the hub-hole of the wheel and make sure there aren't two sandwiched in there (one might be stuck to hub on car) stopping the wheel from sitting right.
