Default Rear C5 Z06 Calipers+Stock Abutment brackets - what pads?!

I am in the process of installing a full set of C5z06 calipers on my car, BMR brackets up front with C5 abutment brackets, c5 rotors, and c5 pads.

Onto the rear: I put the C5z06 caliper on the stock f-body abutment bracket with the stock Fbody rotors and pads. It seems like the pads are dragging. I even trimmed the anti-rattle clips. Do i have to run c5 rear pads?! Help!

Just run a completely stock setup in the rear, c5 stuff won't benefit there. Even then you'll have to run a less aggressive pad in the rear.

Not looking for any benefit to be honest. Its my daily driver. I got the brakes for a good deal and now they all match in red. Plus they have 140k less miles on them than the stock ones.

Just FYI, ran the c5 rear pads with the c5 rear caliper, fbody abutment bracket, and fbody rotors, all is good.
