Strano/Koni assembly question Happy new year!! Since I’m going to be graced with a 55 degree day this coming weekend I decided im going to install my pile of suspension parts that has been sitting in my garage for a few months. Can I assemble my springs and shocks just by using someone’s picture rather than having my car here to compare the old parts for correct alignment/orientation? My car isn’t close and I wanted to tackle getting these together so I’m ready to go. I did buy all the needed parts so I didn’t have to use any rusty parts from the originals.

Sure, but you'd better be sure you can rely on the pictures you have available. As you implied, the critical thing is to have the upper and lower shock mounts in the correct alignment as the old shock when you snug down the upper shock nut. Otherwise it's pretty much a no-brainer.
