Upgrading suspension

Really trying to put power to the ground and want to know if anyone is Experience with Suspension upgrades. I have a 2002 z28 6speed with 50,000 miles on it with a SLP intake and 410s in the rear. Can’t do anything else to it because I live in California.:/
