Default Help with a Budget Suspension - Camaro 4rth gen turbo - Awkward Situation

Hi Gurus! Help me deciding how and what to get.

First of all, this is for an awkward situation:
  • REALLY REALLY BAD 1/4 mile. (In here Demons make mid 11s), BTW no glue.
  • Stock Camaro fbody suspension.
    • Original shocks and springs. I think that the original shocks are non working but they are too soft that I think that it might help, correct me please
    • I just have some subframe connectors welded in each side by previous owner
  • A turbo mounted in front of the engine + an intercooler where the front bumper suspension was -> consider this due to the added weight
  • The engine is a 4.8 iron block... -> extra front weight
  • deleted AC, still not comparable to all weight added of the turbo
  • I have 28x10r16 slicks on some camaro 96 salads, and stock z28 99 front wheels
  • Ttops Manual Camaro 1999
  • Total budget $600-$1200
So what would you do for better ETs, exactly what would you buy?

I was thinking of either:
  • just buying some skinny race stars and deleting the front sway bar
  • Or keep my stock wheels and buy Koni or Bilstein shocks??? with some soft BMR lowering springs (the soft ones) + weld some relocation LCAs + adjustable panhard
What would you do, in my situation?
