Strange rear drag brakes

What all is needed to run the strange B1718WC brake kit? Have a 8.8 with 10 bolt housings, want to do a c clip eliminator kit as well.

looking for info...before buying ...for install of strange B1718WC rear brake kit on stock 10 bolts 2000 f boby.....found noting....no vid no pics ,,and it seems to be not bolt on ,,,.... thank you
