Default Vibration right front

Hi all,
I've noticed a vibration when making slight right turns at around 70mph. The same vibration seems to appear going straight once I get up to 90mph, but it comes and goes with slight turns of the wheel. I removed brake caliper and rotor on driver side and the wheel hub spins really easily with almost no noise and there is zero play. I still have original shocks and car is at 74k miles. I do not see and leaks and everything feels pretty snug. The only thing I've noticed that's out of the ordinary are the dust boots on the outer tie rod(both driver and passenger ) are completely split in half. I'm getting new shocks in July(back order) and I figure might as well take care of those tie rods at the same time to save myself another alignment, but figure I'd ask to see if this has been the case for anyone else.

Thanks
