Hey everyone, so i have a 67 impala that has factory power drum brakes on it. The other day i was riding down the road and they ended up braking and going to the floor on me. Luckily the e brake worked and i was going slow😎
but anyways i think it’s time for a upgrade, this big car needs way more stopping power than just drum brakes.
So does anyone have any knowledge on how to update this car to a 6 Piston 14 inch+ rotor disc brake setup? I see you can get C6 Corvette Zo6 brakes for a couple hundred and they are 6 piston 14 inch rotors. but what else would i need? A new hub and GM metric spindles? What would you guys do? I would only like todo the front
