2010 Camaro SS Brake Issue
Guys, I am in need of a little help/advice. A little while back I changed over to DOT 4 brake fluid. After the change, I did not have the brakes that I did before the change. I don't drive the car much, so I just left it as it as I wasn't doing anything crazy with it yet. Well I started to notice when I would hit the brakes, it would pull to the right. As soon I let off the brakes, it was fine. I thought that a caliper went bad, so I changed the calipers. Went for a drive today and it still pulls when on the brakes, and I still don't have the pedal I did with the DOT 3. I have talked to a buddy that he and I used to drag race with and he is lost as well as what could be the problem. I changed to DOT 4 because I was going to do some track days for some fun. Obviously, there will be no track days any time soon now. When I changed calipers, I reused the same brake pads. I did buy new ones, but figured since the current ones had very little miles on them, then I would just use them. The pads, and rotors look fine. I don't really wanna start throwing parts at it. Any advice on what to start with would be great. I really didn't think I would have issues when just changing to DOT 4. I though about going back to DOT 3, but don't think that is the problem.
