I have looked around and I can't find any answer so I'm hoping someone here has a clue. Is it possible to replace the rear ABS sensor with a (for instance) 2007 Mustang ABS sensor? They are both passive sensors, but I have no idea if they could be swapped. I'm not talking about mounting. I'm asking if the sensor is mounted in the proper relation to the reluctor would there be an issue with the ABS module reading the signal? Since they are just passive sensors do they all put out the same signal? I'm running C6 X-tracker hubs on the front and the sensors were just plug and play, but I don't know if the Ford sensor would play nice.
