I will be switching over to Viking double adj coil overs on all four corners soon. i bought the rear set from a guy who told me the springs were rated at 150lb. I took them out of the boxes because they were new and decided to google the part # before putting them together.
low and behold they are 110lb springs. SMH.
Now my car is full weight and i do ride my kids in the back every now and then. 100lbs each. i do not road race or take sharp curves fast. my car is spooled.
How ever i do drag race it occasionally.
Should i up grade to the 150lb spring or would the 110lb be fine ?
thanks for any helpful info.

@madmike9396 I'm not up on best spring rates for drag racing. I'm sure someone better at drag racing can give a more specific what's best answer.
I've read of folks taking the stock #114 rate rear springs into the 1.3x 60 foot range and the Strano #150 rate rear springs to the 1.5x 60 foot range.
I think the 110# rate rears should be good drag racing to ~ 1.3x 60 foot times.

After seeing that the stockers were only 114lb i believe i will just throw the 110lb in. My fear was them being to light of a spring and potentially bottoming out if i had the family in the car. which i guess i could always adjust the coil overs and shocks in the rear if absolutely had to.
