Sway bar question

Sway bar question First post ever here now I’ve looked everywhere but could not find my answer.. would going to a smaller front sway bar like the 28mm from a v6 help transfer slightly along with slight weight saving over my 30mm on the z28 as if I removed it? I removed mine but didnt like the way it drove as its a dd and strip it probably twice a month. Is it worth the trouble of going to a junk yard n buying one?

Yeah im just being cheap lol but will those hollow smaller sized front sways give the same effect as not running one even just alittle.. for prob just $20 at a junk yard that would be a win for me since im going to make a trip anyways for other stuff
