I'm in market for SFC's too. Are you saying MWC's are no different than UMI's weld on? The price gap is insane. Wondering which to grab for my convertible.

Square tube weld on that have bars that attach to the seat brackets is the way to go. But it’s appears that it’s an insane amount of money to get that option for these cars. Sub frame connectors for them in general are a lot higher than they are for other car. I was fairly shocked.
I probably wouldn’t do a round tube of any type.

I have round tube SFC's and they work fine.
