Default Currie 9" and coilovers for a 64-72 GM A-Body

1970 Pontiac Grand Prix with a Currie 9" looking for new coilover conversion brackets. Anyone have experience fitting some?

Currie says RideTech and Aldan American will work. I called Aldan and they used them just recently but I am surprised they work at all considering they have almost the exact same build as the old UMI brackets that do NOT work. Both Currie and Aldan say that they work though.
Global West looks to be very similar to RT and I think they will work as well but I am not convinced on using that crossmember/brace they offer. Is that really needed?
I am waiting on a call back from RT. I just want to buy their brackets, I already have my coilovers.

Thanks,
Evan
