I have a 1997 Z28 with Eibach 1.5" lowering springs, an on-car adjustable panhard bar, and unknown boxed rear LCAs. The LCAs are powdercoated black with no visible markings or stampings, grease fittings at either end, and resemble the boxed QA1 or Competition Engineering LCAs. The poly bushings are worn and wallowed out allowing the inner metal sleeve to have between 1.5-2mm of free play leading to a clunk on braking. The ID of the bushing hole on the LCA is 45mm, the overall width is 50mm. The metal sleeve length is 62mm, OD is 19.25, and ID (bolt size) is 12.75mm. I've contacted Energy Suspension, and although they don't categorize their bushings by size we found kit # 3.2125G that will fit the LCA ID but would have to be trimmed by 5mm each for length. Prothane's website has a similar kit, 19-609 with the same issue. I've also seen recommended here to use MOOG K6178 for rear LCAs, but unsure if by removing the metal sleeve they'll fit or even work properly where they are only fluted on one side. I'm not looking to argue the merits of poly vs rubber bushings on a street car, I just need to know if anyone has run into a similar issue and what worked/fit. I would personally prefer rubber style.

What's your budget? Are you committed to using those arms? If so, just trim the ES bushings to fit. You shouldn't remove the outer sleeve from the moog rubber bushing. Rubber bushings are usually bonded, to an inner and outer sleeve, and unlike poly, they operate by deforming and then springing back to their neutral state.
Your ending statement about preferring rubber, couldn't agree more. I frankly would go find some stock arms, and throw new rubber bushings in those.
I found an older thread that discussed the Lakewood LCAs and replacing their bushings, and am fairly confident my LCAs are the same. While Lakewood does still offer these LCAs and DID have a replacement poly bushing kit for them, they have since discontinued it. I did reach out to them and found they were supplied from a company called Patriot Gauges LLC in Kentucky. Sadly their only listed phone # now reaches a medical company, so I can only assume they are defunct. Lakewood did however say that they know Patriot sourced them from Energy Suspension, so I've come full circle. As I've already confirmed they don't currently offer any bushing matching the Lakewood specs, dead end.
I did finally find urethane bushings by Currie for their Currectrac control arms that match the Lakewood bushing dimensions exactly. ES-2142 Control Arm Bushing. I'm going to call these good enough, and in the meantime put my 19mm OD steel sleeves into 21mm OD X 19MM ID x 1mm wall thick brass tube to make up for the slop in my old bushings and get the car on the road.
