Default Camber effect on toe

Does adding negative camber on the front increase toe in or toe out on a GTO?

Default

The shop had a ton of negative camber setup on the passenger side. I adjusted that to remove some of the negative camber and match the drivers side. Toe was surprisingly completely unchanged and the car drives straight with the steering wheel centered. I did the toe alignment with string and calipers.
