Default Best lowering spring for me?

Ok i am getting ready to lower my '99 Z28. I have been searching and searching on the boards here and havn't really come to any good conclusions.

I want to lower the car around 1.5" front and back. This is mostly a street car so i want it to be fairly comfortable on the road. I don't mind a slightly rougher ride just not bone jarring. I plan on using Strano revalaved Bilsteins.

I want the car to sit fairly level.

I have heard the eibachs sag in the back and have a really low spring rate in the back

I have heard H&R's look good but have a huge spring rate and make the car ride horrible.

I have heard hotchkis make the back sit up too high.

I have heard the G2 springs are nice. give a good drop don't sag and have a good rate. and of coruse are no longer made.

I have heard hypercoils were also a good all around choice...and no longer made.

So what do you think would be the best comprimise out of the availible choices? And am i correct on what i have read about all the spring listed here?

Thanks,
Shawn

Anything but Eibach, you won't be happy. Why not go with Ground Controls, they're fully adjustable and really well made. I had a set on my old car. Worth every penny.

Proper shocks are the most important part of that equation.

Well i have heard ground controls on others peoples cars. (never a camaro though) and they always creak and squeek when ever you go over a bump or uneven ground. Is that not the case with these. This is for a predominately street car. May go to the road course ever now and then.

I know about the shocks that is why i am getting the revalved bilstein. Everyone said that was the best way to go. anyway tell me you opinions on the GC coilovers and any other springs for that matter.

Thanks,
Shawn

I like my pro-kit but I think I'm going to try something else up front because I want my car to sit lower in the front I want a raked looked. But if you want I level look pro-kit is the way to go. Also rear hasn't saged yet and I've got about 11k on the springs. But who knows it might later. Defenitly buy new shocks and struts. I didn't and I could kick my own a$$ for not buying them.
Heres a pic so you can see the drop.
