What to put my QA1 at?

What to put my QA1 at? I`m getting QA1`s put in and there frount springs. What should I set them at, frount and back? You can see in Sig what I run, A4,3.73, and running 28 ET Drags. Thanks for any help! 
My next question is what kind og gains did you get in your 60ft`s with them. I could only cut 1.65 60ft`s spinning with my ET streets. Now I have 28 ET Drags and alittle extra`s. Thanks!!
