I think weld-in three point SFC's are going to make the car the stiffest, but the difference will not be huge. Unless you are racing or subjecting the car to some rough treatment, I don't think you even need SFC's. I have weld-in SLP 3 point SFC's and a cage, but if I were to do it over again, I'd just go with cage and forget the SFC's, since both stiffen the car.

Are bolt in SFCs as effective as weld in SFCs? I have had a set of double diamond style bolt on SFCs on the car for almost two years now and I noticed the car feeling more solid over bumps, but would a set of two point weld ins (like BMR or Hotchkis) show any substantial benefit over bolt in three point SFCs? What about weld in three point SFCs?

Cal, how are your posts getting in before trackbird's in the other thread (scrape) and mine in this thread? I was very confused for a second as to how I replied to your post that I made. LoL

Pretty amazing, huh! Ahh, the power of magic! You see, I anticipated that you were going to ask that question, and answered it in advance to save you time! As for trackbird, I just wanted to get my two bits in before he did, even though he beat me to the punch!!
