Default ES Trans Mount

I tried installing my ES Trans Mount for an 01 Trans AM M6 because the stocker was broke. The es was way too harsh for me, like i have no idea why anybody would put this on their car. I tried it on without the extra flat piece thtat comes with it and also with it on, nothing worked. The car was loud, shook violently, and felt like it lost power. Any input?

Without a lift you need to support the tranny with a jack. Piece of cake.

I've got the ES mount and it doesn't really bother me. It does transfer more vibrations through the car but its not that bad I don't think. It is a pretty easy install as long as you support the tranny before you take the old mount off.
