Default Bumpstop rubbing?

Today I was painting my rear calipers and I noticed that my drivers side bumpstop is almost completely gone, and the coating just above the mount is gone showing the paint. My passenger side is ok, why would this be? I still have my stock rims (16x8).

How much is the car lowered? Is the spring mount on the driver's side cracked or damaged?

Stock springs and no signs of damage, I'm clueless.

Check to see if the rear end is in the center of the car. I have heard of some of them off center from the factory
