Default Edelbrock lowering springs

I have a question about Edelbrocks lowering springs #5232. What is the spring rate? How do they compare to other springs? How much do they lower the car? It would help if anyone would have any pics. Thanks

Edelbrock 5232's literally are Eibach Pro-kits. 400 front, 90-137 rear and they cost more. Even the Edelbrock catalog says "Eibach" right in it.

I just got a repley from edelbrock and they said the front spring rate is 550. They didn't mention the rear spring rate. They said it was variable. Has anyone ever tryed them?

They aren't. That's what they use on their version of a coil-over setup, and there are not rear springs that match it. The 5232's are a set of 4 coils, and right in the book says "Eibach coil spring set" and 1.8 drop front and rear (which is more realistic than Eibach's quoted drop (how's that for ironic....).

I can prove you are just getting a pitch. How can they be 550 AND progressive at the same time? 550 is a linear number. Progressives have to be (for example LT1 front Pro-kits 377-600).
