The stock shocks probably wont be on long but its the only way I will learn what a good shock can do for your handling and ride, a learning experience I guess. I wont go cheap on the LCA's or any other item, but dont be suprised if I ask for some expert opinons from you guys.
Do you plan on doing any auto cross racing? The stock shocks are pretty good. Before I start making suggestions what are your intentions for the car? Nice choice on color and model car you have...........LOL

I'd have to truely disagree. the stock shocks are probably one of the weakest points on our suspension and the stock shock wouldnt be able to survive the difference in springs

that is why I asked what his intentions are.My car see's more track time than it does street time ,has less than 2,500 miles on it and for the street thaey are fine and at the track I have cut a best 60ft. of a 1.56 with the stock shocks and springs in a M6 car. That's just lifting the front left tire off the ground. If I lowered my car and had stiff springs in it I would never get the weight transfer to hook and the tires would spin rather than hook. Again, this is why I asked what his intentions are with the car before I gave my 2 cents worth.

I'm in for a set of springs if this is still going on. I didn't read all of the posts.

Edit: I read all of the posts and I see it's still going on. I also sent louis a PM.

Any updates on an expected ship date of the G2's? My Koni's are anxious to meet their new friends.

I have gotten a few PMs regarding the availibility of these springs-

They are availible now. We met the requirement of 15 pre-orders to go through with it.

If you do not get in on this GP, do not worry! we will now be stocking this spring again.

Hope that helps clear some things up

I have spoken w/Sam Jr. and am in the negotiating phase as we speak regarding a problem I currently have w/rear. (modified increases due to stereo/dynamatting)
Front axle: 2080 lb
Rear axle: 1980 lb

Now, I have heard good things about G2's, but I am just interested in obtaining perches, or springs suitable for raising the car to proportional heights.
Currently, front axle distance ground/rim 27.0", but rear pass 25.75"/rear drvr 25.25".
I had the SLP Level I Bilstein system installed when ordering the car, but I now must address this problem and correct my ride height.

Hey I called up and they said the deal is over for the christmas discount. I wanted to get the APHR and Steel LCA's. Can I still be included in the deal. I called earlier in the month (December) to see how long it would last and was told the end of January? But if not I understand.

OK- Here is the deal on the timeframe for the springs:

Hypercoil just got a Government contract to build hummer springs for the Military and had to dedicate much of their resources to that project

Right now they are working on a date for us, but simply could not give any definate answer other than they are working on them. They are working on getting another coil winding machine to increase production and would give me an update as soon as they could. I will keep you all informed.

As for the sale, It has officially ended but I sent a few PMs

These are the best springs availible, built by the best racecar spring manufacturer. Period. There are many on order, so if you missed out on the initial group buy, you can still get them.

If you have any questions or comments, feel free to PM or Email me. I would also like to update the Shop number- 972-429-1963
