Default Steering problem while turning

hey guys,

I seem to have a wierd problem going on with my steering. Anytime I make a sharp turn, my front wheels feel like they are stuttering, or going over imaginary bumps. This problem is very apparent when making slow turns out of parking lots or while backing out of a parking space. It seems to have gotten worse over the past few weeks. In fact, I think its now happening on wide fast turns as well. Anyone know what the problem is? Any help would be much appriciated!

Tire chatter is usually indicative of too low of air pressure

Doesn't look like any steering rack damage, and fluids are fine. Tires aren't low either. I do notice that the passenger side front wheel looks like too much toe in, its pretty obvious to the eye compared to the drivers side. Could that be the reason?

Are there any other worn suspension/steering parts that could cause this?
