How bad is my setup?

How bad is my setup? Like a lot of people, I haven't paid much attention to my suspension.
I noticed after I cut my springs, my launch is really poor - here's what I'm doing to remedy that:
BMR LCA's
BMR Relo's
BMR Adj. Panhard bar
drag bags on both rears
The car only has 15K on it - how bad is it to be going with the cut springs and stock shox at this point? Am I negating any benefit of those other components? I know it's not their intention, but do drag bags improve ride quality at all?
I just don't have the $$ to lay out on new shocks/springs right now...
