HAL QA1 shocks

HAL QA1 shocks
I have a 408 going in the car with a built A4 and I think a set of QA1's would help my 60' even more, am I wrong? I know this has been discussed, but with the new search limit to 4 chars or more, I could not easily search for HAL or QA1.
What do you guys recommend for a good street/strip setup? I dont want to compromise my street handling too much but I want to be able to launch like a **** at the track.
Should I do front and rear shocks?
Or fronts only and have stock springs in the back?
Or back only?
I have no clue?
Thanks

I installed the fronts first and saw little 60 ft gains at the track. This was with a air bag in the rear right. I installed the QA1's and when set to 6 in the rear and 1 up front (along with a 3800 converter) I pulled a 1.57 60ft on MT DR's. I backed it up with a 1.61 and a 1.63 60 ft. So I think they work.

Don't just get regular hals.. Get the "R" series if you plan on racing a lot.. i heard they are better on the rebound.. don't want that front end slapping the ground if your pushing a lot of power.. Unless thats what you meant by getting hals..

Yea i believe the "R" series are set up like that so they have an adustable rebound and stuff.. so they go up nice for weight transfer and come down nice and easy.. and the r series are 12 way.. so you have a lot of settings
