Well SFCs and STB will do nothing for you in the 1/4 mile, they only help the car when chassis flex and strut tower movment may be an issue. For the 1/4 mile, LCAs and PH will aid in keeping the car in a straight line and reducing wheel hop. So that will help your time a litttle (a tenth or so) If you do go with the 2" drop you will def have to get the LCA relocation brackets.

A 2" drop kit...meaning a new spring with a 2" drop?

If so....a spring like this will not help you. I have about a 1.7" drop...and the car does not transfer weight very well, which invevitably decrease traction.
