i have a 2000vette. i bought prothane poly bushings for the upper and lower front and rear control arms. i got the bushings out of the A arm, but am having a hard time getting inner metal shells out of the stock rubber bushings. any ideas??

 

Take it to a place that has a press. They'll have the right tools to get it out.
