LT1~LS1 Front struts???? I am putting stock springs on my 98z, well the springs wont come off my shocks because of rusted on bolt. there is a 30000 mile z at my friends that is no longer used what is the difference in these to Shock/strut assemblys????

I could be wrong, but if the LT-1 is a forth gen. F body, e.i. 1993 or later, they should bolt right in. With 30k miles, I'm not sure you'll accomplish much.
Remember, when you change the spring rate, you need to change the shock. Best advise on both issues: Call Sam Strano! He IS the man!
