I'm running stock springs with my HALs. Works good.
If you don't wanna lower the car, might be your best bet.

Otherwise if you want some better handling, an aftermarket spring like BMR or Hotchkis will lower it 1 inch, but with the height adjustability of the front HALs you can reverse some of that.

QA1 recommends the stock springs in the rear, but I assume the front they would suggest there own spring. QA1 just came out with 3 different springs with different rates, to my knowledge none of the 3 will lower the car. I just bought the 275 drag springs but have not installed them yet.

it was recommended to me not to use the 275 for any street driving, because they have guys blowing out shocks. I got the 300 rate on mine.

Will lowering springs and Hal's work well at the track? I have hypercoils and was thinking of running this setup, and was wondering if this combo would benefit at the track, sorry for the hijack

If there is a height adjustment on the front hal's that'd be great. I was thinking of running my stock rear springs and taking out the spacer and running a heater hose around it to isolate vibration. Then lowering the car about 3/4 of an inch in the front with the hals using the stock or just a front lowering spring.

I'd like a subtle drop (dont want to hit things underneath the car), but still hook well at the strip.
