Question Bad wheel hop issues

Ever since I installed my 12 bolt rearend I've had really bad wheel hop. I have bmr lca's, phr and a eldebrock torque arm. Do you think my rearend could be sitting crooked and causing this wheel hop? I haven't checked it so I'm not sure if its crooked or not. Thats just an idea.

I've had different sets of wheels on it and it does the same thing with all of them. I've had 18's, 17's and 16's with the same results. The 16's were alittle better but not much.

Could worn out shocks cause this? The car has 83,000 miles on it with the stock shocks.

Its really bad in the rain. I can't even get on it without it sounding like the rearend is coming out of the car its so bad.

I just want to get this fixed no matter what the cost. Help please!!

Steve

do you have the bmr relocation brackets. i had that problem also with my 12 bolt, i think the extra weight drives the stock shocks nuts. but im not sure

no I don't have any relocation brackets yet. I'm leaning toward the shocks myself since it didn't start till after I put the 12 bolt in.

you would do youself a favor by getting relocation brackets anyway, they are a worth while mod. then see what happens, it usually stiffens up things to prevent some wheelhop anyways.
