Red face loud bang after SubF connector install

I had the welded BMR boxed Subframe connectors installed recently and now when I hit a sharp bump or sudden change in the road or speed bump too fast I get a loud bang from the rear of the car. It is like metal hitting metal. Any ideas what the issue could be, did they not tighten down the LCA bolts enough or is it something else?

I would guess it would be you need to tighten the LCA bolts down more. The subframe connectors with the LCA support are pretty rigid, you really need to torque on them.
