If you are lowering the car as you said in your other post then yes you will need an adjustable panhard rod to recenter your rearend. When you lower the car the fixed point where the PHR connects drops down thus pushing the PHR to the drivers side and will therefore shift your rearend and put undue stressers on your LCA's.
