Drag Suspension Question???
Yes, i have a 2000 camaro ss and i am all bolt ons so far. I was wondering if you guys might be able to help me because i really am having a hard time getting the power to the ground. i was wanting to know what kind of suspension i should get for drag racing, what brands, how much, where to buy it, and what to set it on. I am not familiar with suspension if you cant tell and was really wanting to start putting the power to the ground. thanks

i suggest the process of elimination. If you spin too much, get wider stickier tires or slicks... this will likely induce wheelhop or a broken 10 bolt. if wheelhop, move on to torque arms and lca's and such... if broken 10 bolt, get a 12 bolt or 9" once you get it all worked out.... add more power and repeat...

Mstngkiller - Check out the Hal springs for the front (get the 275s for drag use or the 300s for a street/strip car, they're a bit more forgiving but still make a difference). Stick with the stock springs in the rear, QA1s work very well with the stockers for planting the rear-end.

thanks for the info it will be purely drag so i guess 275s in the front. I have been told that i could get a 93-97 v6 springs for the rear and that they would be softer then my stock springs with a added air bag also.
