Default SLP SFC guys step in

I am going to put my new spl sfc in tomorrow. I would like to know what torques everyone used for the bolts and if you used lock tight on the bolts? I read in the instructions that I have to take a bolt out of the lca, which is fine because I have new LCA's to put on too, so what torque do those need to be when I reassemble? If I could get a list of torques do this job that would be great, subframe bolts and lca bolts.
