Default front rotor stuck

i am trying to change my rotors, and my front passanger side is stuck on. I have tried using brake clean all over the rotor, i used liquid wrench, and then i hit it with a rubber mallet, and it still does not want to move. ANyone have any ideas???

the last time i chaged them were like a year ago, i have always torqued my wheels on.

anyone have any ideas?

thanks

my front rotors were on there good when I changed them. I just wacked the crap out of it with a metal hammer (started with a rubber one then gave up). But someone told me once if you put one lug nut on and hit the center around the hub it loosens it up a bit.
