Default Tie rod ends

Maybe someone could help me on this.

While replacing my front hubs, I noticed that the dustboots on my tie rod ends were ripped to shreds, so I figured I would go ahead and replace them. Problem is, now when I turn my steering wheel back and forth, I get a clicking sound almost as if something is loose down there.

Sidenote, I replaced them with tied rod ends from Autozone (the ones with zyrk fittings) and greased them appropriately.

Any thoughts?

If you've already checked the grease fittings both sides, put the car on stands and have a buddy turn the wheel. Get under there and see what you find, then you can report back.
