Need help getting LCA bolt out

Need help getting LCA bolt out I think my LCA bolt is one with the rod spacer. It turns just fine, but it won't come out. I tried to hammer it out. Nothing. I tried to hold the spacer with vice grips while I turn and it just scraped the spacer and kept turning. So obviously they are stuck together. I wonder how that happened. Anyway, I'm stuck and need some help getting it out. Any ideas?
