Default Help with 2002 used parts

Hi

I was just looking at a used rear end and front K member from a 2002 Camaro LS1 A4. Everything is there from rotors/caplipers, springs, swaybars, bushings, A arms, etc. I checked the rear axle and I think it has a 323 ratio. I also assume it has the Torsen differential.

I was just woundering if it would have the 1LE suspension parts (or better parts then my 1998 A4). Supposedly the parts are from a 2002 anniversary special. I do not know if it was an SS.

It has the 323 gears and the shocks were orange/yellow with M48 on them. Wounderig if these could be the Koni's. Can anyone tell me how to identify the 1LE parts? I appreciate any help.
Thanks JA

Koni's:

Those have been shortened, but they will look the same, just an inch longer.

Koni next to the factory decarbons (the 1le will have that same Koni).

Default Koni's

Hi

Thanks for the link (photos). I do not think they are the decarbons. However, I do not recall them looking exactely like the Koni's either. I will have another look. Thanks JA

There was a Bilstien package available. They will be yellow (and may have a blue lable) and not have the "adjuster" you see on the bottom of the koni's). That would be your third option.

Hi

Do you know if the anniversary option available on any car or just an SS? I have never seen it on any car but an SS.

The 1LE package had a 35 mm front sway bar as apposed to the regular 30 mm. Perhaps measuring the diameter of the front sway bar is the best way to determine what the parts are?

Thanks JA

The 1LE should have been a 32mm front sway bar. And I think the anniversary had to be an SS as well.
