Sounds like you have frame damage. A front end alignment will not help until the frame is straightened. The problem with a unibody construction car is once the frame is severely damaged it cannot be fixed and if driven will have problems that will be never be fixed.

Bring the car to a reputable body shop with the correct machines to align the frame and have them inspect for damage and please buy insurance.

Spacers?? What sizes are you using? 3mm, 7mm, 12mm?? Do you have spacers in the rears only or all the way around? IMO you're asking for more trouble by using two sizes together.

If your brake calipers are etching a line in your wheels, using spacers is not your answer. I do know of racers that that modify the calipers to fit certain wheels BUT in this case, its' not your solution.

Don't compromise your repairs. And if anything, don't mickey mouse the repairs.

Is your Marine buddy making an effort to pay you anything? I'd be pissed if he wasn't. Worse case, if your car is totaled (can happen with frame damage) you can part it out. You'll probably make more money that way vs selling it as is.

If I may ask, I see you're located in LA. Where abouts have you gone to get quotes? You referenced Pisas, so that tells me alittle something about you and perhaps your general area. PM me if you want. I can probably help you out.

i live in montebello
i have only found one place that checks out / fixes frame
they want to charge $75 just to see what is wrong

i said EF THAT and left

arent there places that have "free diagnostic"
in los angeles area?
yes, im cheap.
i really cant afford this car..

I don't know of any good place that offers 'free' frame inspections. The process can take a while.

No flame intended but at least you're honest with yourself. According to you, you're cheap, drive without insurance, and can't afford your car

And who's the Pisa?
$75 it is.
but im going to make sure theyre using genesis or ezliner

i was saving for long tubes,
but damn.

and the alternator just went out today too

another $150
hope i can swap it meself

thanks for the info!

Some things that could be bent in the rear:
Axle housing
Axle
Panhard Bar
The rubber bushings on the Lower Control arms could be ruined.

Good Luck.
