Need new front LCA bushings
OK, the rear bushing on both sides is practically obliterated. Should I:
1) Buy new OEM lower arms, which include new rubber bushings (I heard $200 each)
2) Install the new Energy Suspension poly set which has been in storage for seven years.
3) Buy an alternate LCA bushing set, such as the GW spherical bearing kit ($299)
4) Something else - specify. I'm not interested in the LG LCA's just due to the cost.
Thanks!

1) I bought new 1LE lower A=Arms for $130 each
2) polyurethene will out live the earth
3) The GW rig is a nice alternative. Can you weld? They aren't plug and play ...
4) LGs lowers are pricey ... but you can strike "not enough camber" from your vocabulary. Finding a shop that will align the car after install is another story altogether.

1) Happen to have the part number for 1LE arms?
2) I heard folks were having lackluster results with the ES bushings and were trying the Prothane units. Why would the brand matter?
3) I neither know how to weld nor have the equipment. I know folks that can, however, depending upon the difficulty of the installation.

Would the 1LE part numbers be:
1LE Front Left Lower Control Arm (GM p/n 52367658) (arm complete with bushing)
1LE Front Right Lower Control Arm (GM p/n 52367659) (arm complete with bushing)
Do they still sell 1LE parts, or do they cross-reference back to the normal part numbers?

Jim, those are the PNs I ordered from Dal.
When I queried Dal about the substitution of stock for 1LE parts, he claimed there was no need ... that 1LE parts were still available.
When I got mine, they had the tell-tale blue dot and the caster bushing was solid rubber, not hollowed out like the stock one ...
