Rides nice, pretty much like stock except no body roll or nose dive. It is a little more jumpy on rough roads, but not harsh, just taught. On normal roads you can't even tell it's a tighter suspension setup in terms of ride quality.
I've ridden in cars that bounce around, and this setup is nothing like that.
I haven't checked the ride height but after a week it hadn't settled anymore than when installed.
No rebuilds or any other worked performed to the suspension since I installed it almost 3 months ago.
