Default Bleeding ABS Module

I swaped calipers on all four corners of my car, the car sat for about a month on jack stands so I know all the brake fluid drained out. I installed all the brakes now & have bled them three times & they are still real soft. My concern is the ABS Module was empty meaning it needs to be bled also. Is there anyway to do this without a Tech2?

Bleed it to the best pedal you can get. Put it together & drive it.
At 15 mph the ABS will do a self test & cycle the dump valves.
Then take it back & rebleed it again. All the air should now be out.
You have to drive it though, there's no fooling it.

So this negates the need to do the tech 2?

Yes but a tech II or other capable scan tool makes life much easier.

What'd you swap the calipers for?

Oh, and I hope that you can get them bled before tomorrow. The drive from Springville to Trussville would suck with no brakes.

Are there any other scanners or programmers capable of this that you know of? I haven't heard of any yet.

You need to drive it for a couple a min at least. Get it up above 15 though. That is the threshhold MPH.
As for scanners the snap-on newer 2 the modus & solis are supost to do bleeding on the newer delco systems.
