Which makes more of a difference? I have wanted to start beefing up the suspension, i was wondering which would make more of a difference as my first suspension mod? Any help would be apprecciated.

They both make a difference for their respective purposes. The SFCs, like LS1Fire said, will tighten up the whole car, giving it a more "solid" feeling esp. over bumps and in turns. The LCAs are good for aiding off-the-line traction, helping you plant the rear end WITHOUT the dreaded wheelhop.

Yea I agree the very first mod of any type should be SFC's.

SFC first, but then LCA next. With only those two suspension mods, I cut 1.59 60ft. times with stock internals on a 275/50/15 MT drag radial. Both do their job really well.
