Ground Control
Hey. I did a search, and found minimal information about this product. I don't know how much of you know about this, but it's an adjustable ride height kit. Does anyone on here use it, if so would you kindly post some pictures of them, along with the spring rates you chose. Also, i can't seem to find if they make this for the back also?
Thanks

They make them for both front and back. I'm currently running 600# front 150# rear. Spring rates are a very touchy subject, cause every little component plays a different part. It would depend on what kind of driving you are planning on using the car for. Which swaybars you are running. What tires......... etc. You would probably be better off by calling and talking to someone like Sam Strano. You might also want to check out FRRAX.com, its all about road racing and auto-crossing and different suspension setups. Its an excellent resource.

I run them in the front only. Here's my setup when I first installed them:

Try a search for ground control here as well as on FRRAX.com. You'll find lots of pics. Including right here in this forum.

I run the 500's up front and the 150's in the back, it truely made a huge difference along with re-valved bilsteins. My car used to drive sloppy when i had the pro-kit on, now its rock solid, I honestly couldn't be more pleased with the way it handles and feels now. And the ground contols were pretty simple to install, just alittle time consuming.

I've got the GC kits front and rear with 600# fronts and 150# rears. I bought it all thru Sam Strano. I would definitely give him a call for advice on suspension.
I'm very pleased with the set-up.

try the cheap way.
I have 650 up front and regular pigtail 175 in back.
fronts I adjusted about 1" drop. rear was about 2" drop without the upper spring isolater. so if its too much you can get about 1/2" back with the isolater.
backs were 175lb/in 11" springs. In my opinion 175 11" w/o spacer was perfect ride height. Althought the panhard bar was a bit lower than level, so if you dont' have adjustable pandhard rod mounts then you may want to keep the upper rubber. (LT1 car, rubbers are different)

The REARS can be had in 25lb increments.

What Jason said.
I have the 500lb fronts & 150 rears as well, I love the ride of my car. If I'd do it over again I would probably have gone for the 550lb or 600lb fronts, just to make the front end a bit more stiff. The ride comfort and quality is OUTSTANDING, performance is VERY OUTSTANDING.

You know what Jason, I have been really pleased with the way it handles, I haven't done the fronts at ALL. I did the rears, 3/4sweep from full soft for the top, full soft on the bottom, the rear is not NEARLY as skittish as it was before, apparently the top setting was 3 full turns from soft and the bottom was full soft...
Fronts? Haven't messed with them yet, I wanted to talk to Sam & get his opinion for the settings on the front DA's with 500lb fronts...
