install help dd sfc

install help dd sfc i have a set of the double diamond type SFC what i need to know is when i weld them in should the suspention be compressed? (weight on wheels) or should i put the jackstands on the frame and let the suspention hang? it seems to me that i should have the weight on the wheels and level but i could be wrong cause i saw a pic on installuniversity.com and they welded theirs in with the suspention hanging. any one know the right way to do it?
