New y-pipe scrapes. Options?

New y-pipe scrapes. Options? (now with large pics - dialup beware!)
I just had a new TSP catted y-pipe installed, along with Pacesetter LT's and a Magnaflow catback. I LOVE the way the setup sounds, but I'm scraping that y-pipe on everything. I'm running Hotchkis springs, so it's not super-low, but apparently it's low enough. I talked to the guys who installed it and checked it myself, and there really isn't much more I can do for ground clearance on the drvier's side, or it will start banging on my floorboard. I really don't want to go back to stock ride height, if I can avoid it, but I'm tempted to put the stock springs back on until I can come up with a better plan. Also, I will not switch to an offroad y-pipe. As much as I dislike stock ride height, I will take it over getting hassled by some gung ho police officer.
So here are my questions:
Would better shocks help at all?
Would it help to go to a constant rate spring?
Thanks,
-Mike

Mike,
I had the same problem
Its pretty much the TSP Y-pipe doesn't tuck up at all, or at least mine didn't. I was running the off road Y for a while, I just wasnt happy with it. It needs to be bent up more towards the floor rather then there straight design. I could have fixed mine at work but I don't have time to mess with it, I am switching to a Kooks set up that will tuck up very nice.

Check this Tech link out:

Theyre talking about gaining back heigth by adding ribber spacers: pretty cool idea. Read through it and im sure you'll find something
Was gonig to get long tubes but not gonig to considerign the fact that they do scrape.
Give it up for the shorties!

Update
Well, I went back to the stock springs and PHR in the back for a few reasons:
1) It gives me a little more clearance
2) It took me all of 30 minutes
3) The raked look is better than the 4x4 look
I drove it around afterwards and the clearance is MUCH better. I lightly scraped once on a pretty big dip, but I'm not scraping nearly as much, and there are a few choice drops in my neighborhood that aren't a problem now.
While I was at it, I cleaned my calipers really well and applied a little polish. They're not super bling, but they look much better. I need to wash her, but I'll post up some pictures tonight (it's like 5 hojillion degrees outside right now, so I'm going to wait a bit to wash) of both the clearance and the side raked view.

Side views
Rear wheel clearance (and cleaned caliper)
Catback pipe
Y-pipe
The "Coke Can Reference" shot
It seems to me that one or two more bends in the y-pipe here would fix the clearance issue:

Mike: just a question about the y-pipe:
How much/where di you get it? i wanted toto the same thing, but dont know where to start
Does it ahng considerably mroe than the other pipe on stock applications?
Do you have to take the entire driver side manifold off? Or just the pipe @ manifold?
Thanks!

As for installation, I'm sure it varies from application to application. I'm not sure how much of a gain you'll see from a new y-pipe with stock manifolds, though.
